PROGRAM OVERVIEW 

We simplify the principles, cut out the jargon, and give you the tools needed to innovate. 

(Module 1) Design Thinking: Setting the Stage


The five (5) phases of the Design Thinking process will enable your teams to prototype practically anything. Our facilitators will teach these five (5) phases in an interactive way that makes the training both dynamic and engaging. Outcomes: - Understand the fundamentals of Design Thinking - Customer-focused mindset - Ways to use these tools daily while on the job




(Module 2) Implementation of the 5 Design Thinking principles


You’ll learn by doing! This module spans two days. Day 1 - Dive into the 'understanding phase' of Design Thinking. Attendees will learn how to empathize with customers, synthesize data, and pinpoint problems areas. Day 2 - Participants move into the ideation phase. We explore how to generate creative solutions for the challenge at hand. Discover how to develop prototype for the ideas generated. Outcomes: - Ability to identify business challenges by isolating and empathizing with the customer's problem. - Tools to brainstorm and develop solutions in new and creative ways. - Ways to apply this out-of-the-box mindset on-the-job.




(Module 3) Experimentation: Application


What are the assumptions and biases that hinder your ideas? What can take a good idea and make it GREAT? These are some of the questions we will answer in module 3. Our facilitators guide teams past prototyping and into testing. Through the use of live experiments, we will create a plan of attack for validation and design iteration. Outcomes: - Understanding of experimentation - Tangible experiments - Feedback from test-user base
